http://support.apple.com/kb/HE34If you have access to any iTunes Store purchases you have made with this account, you can also locate your account name by following these instructions:
1) Open iTunes and locate an item you purchased with this account.
2) Control-click (Mac) or Right-click (Windows) the item in your iTunes Library.
3) Choose Get Info from the menu that appears.
4) Click the Summary tab and note the account name that appears in the list. That's the name of the account that purchased the item. If you have changed your account name since then, the account name listed on the Get Info page will not work.
If those steps helped you locate your account name, try signing into the account right now. You can reset the account's password at Apple's iForgot site if you can't remember it:

1) The account name that you found on the Get Info page.
2) Your billing address.
3) Any additional email addresses you may have registered with the iTunes Store.
4) The order number, which starts with the letter "M," of any iTunes Store purchase you've made with your account. The order number can be found on the receipt you've received.
